Lindh defense wants access to prisoners

WASHINGTON, May 6 (UPI) -- Lawyers for accused American Taliban John Walker Lindh will go to court Monday to demand access to prisoners held at the navel facility in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, who might have testimony that could acquit Lindh of conspiracy charges. Without such access, the defense argues the conspiracy charges should be dropped.
