Judge chastises state in Rilya case

MIAMI, May 6 (UPI) -- The caseworker who was in charge of 5-year-old Rilya Wilson continued to file reports saying the little girl was OK after she disappeared 16 months ago, the judge in the case said Monday. Juvenile Judge Cindy Lederman called the way the state handled the case "absolutely despicable."
