Calif court blocks sex offender's release

SAN FRANCISCO, April 25 (UPI) -- The California Supreme Court Thursday agreed to block the release of a convicted sex offender who has served his entire 22-year sentence. Patrick Ghilotti has been deemed to no longer be a sexual predator, but he has refused to accept monitoring as a condition of his release.
