CINCINNATI, April 19 (UPI) -- A federal appellate court has ordered five Detroit organized crime figures to forfeit more than $1 million collected over three decades of bullying and shakedowns. The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, in an opinion on its Web site Friday, upheld an earlier ruling against Jack Tocco and William "Billy Jack" Giacalone and ordered Paul Corrado, Anthony Corrado and Nove Tocco to forfeit their booty as well.
