Harris blamed in questioned shooting

GOLDEN, Colo., April 17 (UPI) -- An outside investigation Wednesday blamed Columbine shooter Eric Harris for the slaying of a student outside the Colorado high school during the massacre three years ago. The parents of Daniel Rohrbough had alleged that a Denver police officer mistakenly shot their son during the melee.
