Ky sheriff shot, killed at political rally

SOMERSET, Ky., April 14 (UPI) -- Kentucky State Police said a man, whose name has not been released, was being questioned Sunday in connection with a shooting that killed a county sheriff during a political rally. Lt. Lisa Rudzinski, a state police spokeswoman, said Pulaski County Sheriff Sam Catron was shot and killed Saturday by a man with a high-powered rifle as he walked to his vehicle after giving a speech.
