Latest report says oil won't harm ANWR

LOS ANGELES, April 8 (UPI) -- The debate over oil exploration in Alaska took another turn Monday with the release of data the Interior Department says shows that drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Reserve can take place without harming wildlife. The agency called the new information a supplement to a more-cautious estimate issued last month.
