Traficant closing arguments set for Monday

CLEVELAND, April 7 (UPI) -- Closing arguments were set for Monday in the corruption trial of Rep. James A. Traficant Jr., D-Ohio. Traficant, who is representing himself even though he is not a lawyer, is accused of taking kickbacks from staff members, filing false tax returns and accepting gifts and free labor from businessmen for his political help.
