Gag order in Yates case said invalid

HOUSTON, April 5 (UPI) -- Two participants in the Andrea Yates capital murder trial will not face contempt of court charges because of a gag order in the case. A special prosecutor found Thursday that the order imposed by state District Judge Belinda Hill was too broad and probably unconstitutional.
