USGS: Little margin for error in ANWR

LOS ANGELES, March 29 (UPI) -- Opponents of plans to open up the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge were given new ammunition Friday in the form of a report by the U.S. Geological Survey. The report warns that caribou and other wildlife populations are quite fragile and could be affected by oil-related activities.
