Westerfield bound over for trial

SAN DIEGO, March 14 (UPI) -- David Westerfield was ordered late Thursday to stand trial in the disappearance and death of a 7-year-old Danielle van Dam. San Diego Judge H. Ronald Domnitz ruled that there was enough evidence in the case to bind Westerfield over for trial on kidnapping and murder charges.
