Calif files new electricity complaints

SACRAMENTO, March 11 (UPI) -- Four major energy suppliers were alleged to have improperly sold off electricity that California had already paid for to be used as an emergency supply during the state's recent energy pinch. State Attorney General Bill Lockyer said Monday the complaints seek more than $150 million in restitution.
