Court rules for Catholic inmates

WASHINGTON, March 8 (UPI) -- A federal appeals court has ruled in favor of Catholic federal prisoners who were denied the right to drink wine during communion. While it did not give the inmates an outright victory, the appeals court sent the case back down for a rehearing on terms favorable to the prisoners.
