Iowa passes English-only measure

DES MOINES, Iowa, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- The Iowa House, on a mainly party-line 56-42 vote, Tuesday gave final approval to a measure that makes English Iowa's official language. The bill now goes to Gov. Tom Vilsack for his signature.
