Bush touts energy plan

WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- President Bush Saturday highlighted U.S. dependence on foreign oil and urged Senate passage of his energy plan to protect economic and national security in his weekly radio address. He said the plan promotes conservation, modernizes energy delivery systems, invests in new technologies and encourages the use of renewable energy resources.
