Cooper outlines plan to save Enron

DALLAS, Jan. 30 (UPI) -- The restructuring specialist tapped to save bankrupt Enron Corp. said Wednesday he is confident he can turn around the Houston energy company. Interim CEO Stephen Cooper told reporters in a conference call, "It's certainly not going to be easy. There are going to be any number of speed bumps and potholes."
