Texas transportation corridors proposed

AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Gov. Rick Perry Monday proposed a futuristic 25-year transportation plan for Texas in which roads, high-speed rail lines, pipelines and communication lines would run in the same corridors. Perry said the plan would improve transportation, move hazardous materials out of urban areas, and reduce air pollution.
