Arguments heard on PG&E shuffle

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 25 (UPI) -- Attorneys were in bankruptcy court Friday to argue the pros and cons of a reorganization plan drawn up by Pacific Gas & Electric. The cash-strapped utility wants to distribute its assets among three new companies. Opponents see it as a way to duck California regulators and raise rates without interference.
