NYC's Rudy endorses Calif candidate

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Jan. 17 (UPI) -- Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani gave a high-profile endorsement to California Republican gubernatorial candidate Bill Simon Thursday. Giuliani said Simon, one of three GOP contenders for the seat, was an experienced leader.
