Court again rejects Nichols case

WASHINGTON, Jan. 7 (UPI) -- The Supreme Court Monday rejected the latest petition from convicted Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols. Nichols had maintained that a state trial following his federal conviction was double jeopardy.
