Mini-bikes recalled

WASHINGTON, Jan. 4 (UPI) -- Kent International Inc., of Parsippany, N.J., is recalling about 28,000 "Midget racer" mini-bicycles because the front fork can loosen or break, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said Friday. Kent International had received no reports of injuries related to the problem.
