BUFFALO, N.Y., Dec. 25 (UPI) -- Western New Yorkers who were dreaming of a White Christmas got their wish as more than 25 inches of snow has fallen at Buffalo-Niagara International Airport, the National Weather Service said. At midday Tuesday, the airport remained closed, while forecasters expect the storm to dump another 3 to 6 inches of snow before it moves out of the area.
