Calif judge denies mass killer's release

SANTA ANA, Calif., Dec. 21 (UPI) -- An Orange County judge Friday refused to release a mental patent who had been locked up for 25 years after a 1976 shooting spree that killed seven people in Fullerton. Judge Frank Fasel ruled that Edward Allaway still had a "fundamental" psychiatric problem that made him a danger to the community.
