BOSTON, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Relatives of confessed Boston Strangler Albert DeSalvo plan to sue the state because his vital organs are missing, it was reported Wednesday. They say the discovery could impede their campaign to prove DeSalvo was not the serial killer of 13 women from 1962 to 1964.
