WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 (UPI) -- The man who helmed Enron Corp. en route to the largest bankruptcy filing in history will testify before the Senate Commerce Committee on Feb. 4, Sen. Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., said Tuesday. Ken Lay had previously rejected every invitation from Congress to testify on the collapse of the nation's largest energy trading firm.
