Ariz considers tutors for 150,000 kids

PHOENIX, Dec. 18 (UPI) -- The Arizona Legislature was expected to devote its session Tuesday to a proposed multi-million dollar plan to provide tutors for 150,000 students with limited English skills. The bill is aimed at satisfying a 1992 court order to increase resources for such students.
