Canada body-parts murder victim identified

DETROIT, Dec. 17 (UPI) -- An American Civil Liberties Union suit Monday questioned the constitutionality of police use of sting operations to crack down on homosexual liaisons. The federal court suit was filed on behalf of four men who were among 500 arrested during a four-month period that began in February.
