FERC head: 'Finish' power restructuring

WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 (UPI) -- The head of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission urged Congress to "finish the job" of restructuring the nation's electric power industry. FERC Chairman Pat Wood told a House committee Wednesday that uncertainty over the rules of the new market was holding up needed infrastructure investments.
