Seattle airport checks smallpox report

SEATTLE, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Officials in Seattle found no indication Friday that a passenger on a flight from Taipei to New Jersey was infected with smallpox. KING television in Seattle said the Eva Airlines flight was held on the ground during a stop in Seattle after Customs officials received an anonymous tip.
