WASHINGTON, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Delta Airlines said Friday it was set to resume a ticketing agreement with Korean Air now that South Korea is in line with international air safety standards. The Federal Aviation Administration said Thursday that South Korea was back among the nations in full compliance with International Civil Aviation Organization rules.
