Postponed Texas execution set to go

HUNTSVILLE, Texas, Nov. 14 (UPI) -- Convicted killer Jeffery Eugene Tucker, whose execution was postponed for two months by the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, was set to receive a lethal injection Wednesday. Gov. Rick Perry granted Tucker a 30-day stay on Sept. 11 because he had no access to the U.S. Supreme Court to make any last-minute appeals.
