Ambrose: nation-building must follow war

COLLEGE STATION, Texas, Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Historian Stephen Ambrose on Monday called for an all-out war followed by a nation-building program in order to achieve long-term gains against terrorism. Ambrose told a Texas A&M University conference that simply getting Osama bin Laden would not end terrorism without changing the minds of those who hate the United States.
