Court to hear stock fraud case

WASHINGTON, Nov. 8 (UPI) -- The Supreme Court said Thursday it would hear argument later this term on a technical aspect of security law. At issue in the case out of Maryland is how "connected" to a securities transaction does an alleged fraud have to be in order to violate the Securities Exchange Act.
