Ridge: Response on anthrax was quick

WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 (UPI) -- Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge said officials "moved quickly -- as quickly as they could" in responding to possible anthrax exposure among Washington postal workers. He was responding to a question about whether workers -- two of whom have inhalation anthrax and two others whose deaths are likely due to anthrax -- have been tested and treated quickly enough.
