WASHINGTON, Oct. 19 (UPI) -- Two U.S. missile systems completed developmental testing programs with successful launches in New Mexico and California, it was announced Friday. The advanced Patriot system intercepted a cruise missile at the White Sands Missile Range while a Navy Harpoon Block II was fired at a ship off Point Mugu.
