Baja natural gas terminal planned

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 5 (UPI) -- Two U.S. energy companies announced Friday they had reached an agreement to develop a liquefied natural gas terminal on Mexico's Baja Peninsula. The terminal to be built by Sempra Energy and CMS Energy will supply gas imported from the Pacific Rim to Baja and Southern California starting in 2005.
