O'Neill asks for $75B stimulus

WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 (UPI) -- Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill on Wednesday said that President Bush wants a stiumulus plan of between $60 billion and $75 billion to prevent a deep economic recession that could be triggered by last month's terrorist attacks.
