Court hears high-speed Internet case

WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 (UPI) -- The Supreme Court hears argument Tuesday on a key element for high-speed Internet access. The justices are weighing whether the Federal Communications Commission can regulate the prices that utility companies charge cable television systems to hook onto utility poles when providing high-speed access.
