St. Louis Blues forward Paul Stastny is expected to be sidelined week-to-week after sustaining a lower-body injury.

Stastny was injured during the Blues' 4-2 win over the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday. The 31-year-old was on the receiving end of a shot from teammate Vladimir Tarasenko, although coach Mike Yeo told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that Stastny "tweaked something" later in the game.

Yeo initially told the newspaper that he expected Stastny to play in Thursday's contests vs. the Vancouver Canucks.

Stastny has collected 18 goals, 22 assists and 36 penalty minutes in 66 games this season. He has scored 204 goals, set up 389 others and amassed 366 penalty minutes in 742 career contests with the Avalanche and Blues.
