Nov. 21 (UPI) -- Russell Wilson is playing like the top quarterback in the NFL and is my No. 1 fantasy football quarterback for Week 12.

The bye weeks are over, meaning a full field of passers are available for your squad.

You should be settled in at quarterback at this point in the season, but you might have a decision to make if you have an inconsistent option or want to play matchups.

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, Carolina Panthers' Cam Newton, Philadelphia Eagles' Carson Wentz and Washington Redskins' Kirk Cousins are also in my top-five for the week.

Here are my Top 20 options at the position this week.

TOP 20 WEEK 12 RANKINGS BELOW

TOP SHELF

Russell Wilson is playing at a ridiculously high level, regardless of the matchup. But this week he gets to face the San Francisco 49ers. The Seattle Seahawks star is coming off of one of his best performances of the season. Last week against the Atlanta Falcons he completed 61.9 percent of his passes for 258 yards, two scores and an interception. He also ran for 86 yards and another score. The 49ers have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points per game and are tied for allowing a league-high three rushing scores to opposing quarterbacks. Wilson could win your week for you, again.

Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins is my No. 5 option for Week 12. Cousins was red-hot in Week 11, completing 68.8 percent of his passes for 322 yards and three touchdowns in a loss to an improved New Orleans Saints defense. Look for him to maintain that rhythm against the New York Giants, a unit allowing the third-most fantasy points per game, third-most passing touchdowns and fourth-most passing yards to opposing quarterbacks. Roll with Cousins and be prepared for a show.

SNEAKY PLAYS

Take another shot on Marcus Mariota in Week 12 if he is still on your roster. The Tennessee Titans quarterback has been unimpressive in relation to his high expectations entering the 2017 season, but he has the talent to produce for your fantasy football squad. This week the Titans face the Indianapolis Colts, a unit allowing the second-most passing yards and eighth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Mariota is my No. 8 option for Week 12.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton was impressive in Week 11, completing 60 percent of his passes for 154 yards and three touchdowns against the stingy Denver Broncos secondary. He didn't turn the ball over and was sacked just twice. This week he faces the Cleveland Browns, a unit tied for allowing the third-most passing scores to opposing quarterbacks. Dalton has found top target A.J. Green for scores in consecutive weeks and there is no reason to believe that that trend won't continue in this spot. Dalton is my No. 13 option, making him a low-end QB1 in deeper leagues.

Week 12 Quarterback Rankings

LONGSHOTS

Miami Dolphins quarterback Matt Moore might not be at the top of your fantasy football radar, but he could be useful in Week 12 if you are streaming your quarterback or your starter has a tough matchup. Dolphins starter Jay Cutler is in the concussion protocol, meaning it could be Moore under center against the New England Patriots. This season, the Patriots are one of the worst defenses in the NFL against opposing quarterbacks, allowing the most passing yards, second-most fantasy points per game and the fourth-most passing scores to opposing quarterbacks. Moore has a lot of weapons and comes in as a QB2 for me at No. 17.

Jacoby Brissett is another streaming consideration. The Indianapolis Colts quarterback comes in as my No. 18 option for Week 12. The Colts are hosting the Tennessee Titans, a unit allowing the second-most passing scores and tenth-most fantasy points per game to opposing passers.
