GLENDALE, Ariz. -- San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Marquise Goodwin, injured during the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals, was ruled out for the remainder of the contest because of head and eye issues.

Goodwin caught one pass, an 18-yard reception.

Also injured and unable to return was 49ers defensive back Adrian Colbert (hamstring).
