New York Giants wide receiver Brandon Marshall wants to leave his feud with former Jets teammate Sheldon Richardson in his rear-view mirror.

When asked to respond to Richardson's most recent comments about how Marshall's actions were "drama queen-ish," the 33-year-old wide receiver did his best to take the high road on Tuesday.

"I wasn't surprised," Marshall said of Richardson's latest round of comments. "But, you know, there is so much good energy here and the environment is amazing. I don't really have time ... I don't have time to go back to that. That's dead."

Richardson has a different opinion on the life of the feud, as he dredged up old family business last week by saying that Marshall quit on the Jets last season during an appearance on ESPN Radio in New York City.

"That man knows what he did," Richardson said of Marshall, with whom he nearly got into a fistfight following a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last season. "I was the one who addressed it and I would still address it to this day."

Earlier in the spring, Richardson said there were "15 reasons" why the Jets had a better locker room this season -- Marshall wears No. 15.

Marshall signed a two-year deal with the Giants shortly after being released by the Jets in March. He's entering his 12th NFL season after stops in Denver, Miami, Chicago and the past two campaigns with the Jets.
