Indianapolis Colts sign OL Fahn Cooper

The Indianapolis Colts signed free agent tackle/guard Fahn Cooper to a contract on Monday.

The 6-foot-5, 306-pound Cooper spent the entire 2016 season on the San Francisco 49ers' practice squad. He participated in the 2016 offseason program and training camp before being waived during final cuts on Sept. 3 and was signed to the team's practice squad the next day.

Cooper, 23, was originally selected by the 49ers in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft out of Mississippi.

Cooper started all 26 games in two seasons (2014-15) at Ole Miss. He began his collegiate career at Bowling Green and started all 13 games in 2012 after redshirting in 2011.
