Indianapolis Colts' Andrew Luck, Arizona Cardinals' David Johnson among players of week

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week for Week 13 after his four-touchdown performance, the NFL announced Wednesday.

Luck completed 22 of 28 passes for 278 yards and four touchdowns for a 147.6 passer rating in the Colts' 41-10 victory over the New York Jets on "Monday Night Football." This marks the fourth time Luck has earned the award in his career.

Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson took the NFC offensive honor for his huge performance in Sunday's 31-23 victory over the Washington Redskins.

Johnson recorded 175 yards from scrimmage (84 rushing, 91 receiving). He also had two touchdowns (one rushing, one receiving), giving him 28 career touchdowns in 28 games -- a new franchise record for a player in his first two seasons. Johnson has 1,709 yards from scrimmage (1,005 rushing, 704 receiving) this season.

Kansas City Chiefs safety Eric Berry's emotional return to Atlanta netted him the AFC Defensive Player of the Week award. He was playing in his hometown of Atlanta for the first time since he went through chemotherapy treatments at Emory University for Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Berry had a 37-yard interception return touchdown off Matt Ryan in the first half and a 100-yard, two-point conversion pick with 4:32 left to play that gave the Chiefs a 29-28 victory.

Chicago Bears defensive end Akiem Hicks was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week after his two-sack, 10-tackle performance in the 26-6 win against the San Francisco 49ers.

New England Patriots kicker Stephen Gostkowski earned the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance in the 26-10 victory over the Los Angeles Rams. He was 4-for-4 on field goals, including three field goals of 40 or more yards (48, 45 and 45).

Detroit Lions kicker Matt Prater took the NFC special teams honor after setting a career high with five field goals, including a 52-yarder, in the 28-13 win against the New Orleans Saints.
