Terrelle Pryor and Rishard Matthews won't be able to help you get to the fantasy football playoffs this week.

The Cleveland Browns and Tennessee Titans are resting with Week 13 byes, meaning players from those teams are unavailable for your fantasy team or your opponent's team. Fortunately, there are plenty of players still ascending from the waiver wire. It might even be time to finally play that one guy on your bench that has a great matchup.

To help you figure out who to sit or start at the position, take a look at my top 50 wide receivers for Week 13. You can also view my add/drops for the week and more positional rankings in the links below.

TOP SHELF

Julio Jones is coming off of a very quiet Week 12, but he is my top wide receiver for Week 13. The Atlanta Falcons face a Kansas City Chiefs unit allowing the second-most fantasy points to the position. The Chiefs have also allowed 14 scores to the position. Jones has at least 100 receiving yards in four of his last six games. I have Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Donte Moncrief as a WR1 against the New York Jets. The Jets are tied for allowing the tenth-most fantasy points to wide receivers. Although the unit has improved in the second half, it has allowed a dozen scores to the position. Moncrief has scored in four consecutive games and should have Andrew Luck back for Monday Night Football.

SNEAKY PLAYS

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jarvis Landry has just one touchdown during his team's six-game winning streak, but I like him as a capable WR3 this week. The Dolphins face the Baltimore Ravens, who have allowed 17 touchdowns to wide receivers. Buffalo Bills stud Sammy Watkins looks like he is back to his explosive self after a limited Week 12. He should be a key cog in your fantasy success throughout the postseason if you picked him off of the waiver wire. This week, Watkins is a WR2 against an Oakland Raiders secondary allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to wide receivers. Watkins returned from his nine-week hiatus with 80 yards on three receptions in a win last weekend against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

LONGSHOTS

The Kansas City Chiefs look to have found something in Tyreek Hill. Hill's trio of scores seemed like a mirage to some, but I think he is for real. He looks to be the jolt that the Chiefs' offense needed in the absence of Jeremy Maclin. This week, the Chiefs battle the Atlanta Falcons, a unit that has allowed the fifth-most touchdowns to wide receivers. Hill is a low-end WR2 this week in deeper leagues, mostly due to the way that the Chiefs use him. Chicago Bears wide receiver Marquess Wilson should shine against the San Francisco 49ers this weekend. The 49ers are on a 10-game losing streak and have allowed a league high 20 touchdowns and the most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Wilson went nuts in Week 12, with 125 yards and a touchdown on eight receptions against the Tennessee Titans.
