Pittsburgh Steelers running back Karlos Williams will be sidelined 10 games following his second suspension this season for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy, according to multiple reports.

Williams, 23, missed the first four games of the 2016 season due to a substance-abuse suspension while playing for the Buffalo Bills.

The Bills cut Williams on Aug. 21 and he joined the Steelers' practice squad Oct. 12.

The former fifth-round pick (155th overall) of the Bills in the 2015 draft rushed for 517 yards and seven touchdowns in 11 games as a rookie.

He tied an NFL record by scoring a touchdown in each of his first six games.
