BALTIMORE, Oct. 1 (UPI) -- Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh is looking to make a change and shakeup the Ravens' offense.

That change could be in the Ravens backfield, according to ESPN's Jamison Hensley.

Hensley wrote that it wouldn't "be surprising" if the Ravens started Terrance West instead of Justin Forsett at running back. For fantasy football purposes, this is a backfield to steer clear of, even in deep leagues. Neither runner has done enough to establish themselves as a consistent producer through three games.

"You look at everything," Harbaugh recently told reporters. "The main thing we look at first is ourselves. What can we do scheme-wise? How can we block it better? How can the backs read it better? How can they run better? It would be every aspect of our run game that we're looking at. If any change needs to be ... We've made lots of changes. We've made lots of tweaks, but more than changes, it's really more just seeking to improve – seeking to make it better, and that's what we're trying to do."

West has 119 yards and hasn't scored on 33 carries this season. Forsett has 98 yards and hasn't scored on 31 carries. With rookie Kenneth Dixon recovering from a knee injury, this situation could be one to monitor to see if one of these guys emerges as a feature back.

West scored five touchdowns for the Cleveland Browns in 2014 and rushed for 673 yards on 171 carries. Last season in Baltimore he rushed for 231 yards and did not score a touchdown. Forsett had more than 1,500 yards from scrimmage and eight touchdowns in 2014. Last season he had 1.4 fewer yards per carry and scored just twice.
