DALLAS, Sept. 29 (UPI) -- A hairline fracture in his knee will likely keep Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant from facing the San Francisco 49ers in Week 4.
Bryant injured the knee in a Week 3 win against the Chicago Bears.

The #Cowboys are hoping there is minimal risk for Dez to play Sunday. They are also aware of the possibility it becomes a 3-week injury.

Bryant, 27, has 11 receptions for 150 yards and a touchdown through three weeks. NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport said the injury could keep Bryant out for up to three weeks. Rapoport also called Bryant a "long-shot" to play in Week 4.

The Cowboys recently fined Bryant for missing meetings and a scheduled MRI.
