BUFFALO, N.Y., Sept. 29 (UPI) -- Furious fantasy football team owners might be more frustrated after the most recent Sammy Watkins news.
Watkins did not practice Wednesday or Thursday, despite news earlier this week that he was going to test out his injured foot on one of those days. NFL Network reporter Mike Garofolo reported Tuesday that there is no structural damage in Watkins' foot, but it's an issue of pain tolerance.

When healthy, Watkins is capable of WR1 production, but that has been rare this season. Watkins has just six catches for 63 yards in two games. Earlier this week, ESPN's Mike Rodak reported that Rex Ryan and the Bills are "waiting and seeing how it goes" with Watkins and where he stands "health-wise."
Doesn't sound like Sammy Watkins is practicing again today. Even if he plays, I think you have to sit him. https://t.co/cDpIK6brLx

If you have Watkins on your fantasy team, look for other options once again this week for a back up plan. If he plays, I rank him as a WR3.
Rex Ryan says he “can’t say” about where Sammy Watkins stands health-wise. Bills are waiting and seeing how it goes with him.
