SEATTLE, Aug. 26 (UPI) -- "It's just not good."

Those are the words Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones continued to utter after TMZ released a video, appearing to show rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott in a marijuana dispensary before making his preseason debut against the Seattle Seahawks.

In Washington, the recreational use of marijuana is legal. But it remains a banned substance in the NFL. The incident raises more flags about Elliott's decision making, since he has yet to be cleared for an alleged domestic violence incident in Columbus, Ohio.

The dispensary is called "Herban Legends." Elliott was not shown buying anything at the store. He also posed for pictures with fans outside of the shop.

"Well, I think that in and of itself the reason we are talking about is in a way part of the learning process," Jones told reporters Thursday night. "But it's not good. It's just not good. It's just not good."

Elliott had seven carries for 48 yards in his Cowboys debut.

"Again, that's a part of just really getting the big picture here," Jones told reporters, via ESPN. "No matter if you played at whatever level, there is a picture here of interest. So again, I'm aware of it. I heard the report. I would know how he is, and he needs to look at that. And the other thing is it's just not good."
